Exploring a mostly whole foods, mostly allergen free diet
I like broccoli and I eat a lot of it. But cauliflower? Well, it’s kinda strong for me. Just more sulphur-y or bitter or something. So, I haven’t eaten much of it. I mean really, why eat something that tastes bad? But cauliflower is low in histamine, and it is super good for you (read The World’s Healthiest Foods article on it) so I wanted to find a tasty way to make it. And I did! In the form of “rice”, with some added garlic and green onion for savory flavor.
I love this “rice”! It is so yummy good! It does not have that strong, cauliflower-y taste. Not at all! I served it to a friend last night and she was totally amazed! I had to tell her it was cauliflower!
I can hardly wait to buy some more cauliflower (I can’t believe I just wrote that–based on my past history of not buying cauliflower). As my diet expands I will add other tasty ingredients to this rice. I can’t wait!

This is a great way to serve cauliflower.....especially to those who don't like it. They will love this! It's easy to make and tastes delicious!
