Since I don’t seem to tolerate nuts or seeds right now, I decided to try adding pureed white beans to my breakfast cereal. I really like it! It adds a nice thickness and creaminess to the cereal and keeps me satisfied longer. I look forward to adding the pureed beans to other recipes too!
