I really like using fresh herbs in my cooking because they add such a nice flavor to the food! In the summertime I often pick the herbs from my garden. But when my garden isn’t growing (like this time of year), I buy herbs at the store. Many of the herbs at the store come in quite a big bundle (eg: parsley and cilantro). Since I can’t use the whole amount before it goes bad, I decided to start freezing my herbs.
