  1. I just pulled up your website while looking for a pinto bean recipe in the instant pot . I think this was meant to be for me. I get 3 day headaches that I believe are from foods, not sure which yet though,and am a vegan so I like a lot of grains. I am going to eat only your recipes to see how I feel. Thanks for your posting your recipes .

    1. I am glad that my website has been helpful to you. Thanks for letting me know. 🙂 Good luck determining if food is a trigger for you or not. I can say that I rarely get headaches now, and if I do, it seems that food is the culprit. I’m still amazed and saddened at the headache I got from corn…… I will be testing oats again soon. I tried them two years ago and it didn’t go well, but it’s worth repeating. In the meantime, I eat a lot of sweet potatoes, yams and brown and red rice! It seems, (thankfully) that legumes are fine for me…. 🙂
